System integrations: make your business software work together

Small businesses often run on five to ten different tools that do not share information. The result is double data entry, outdated records, and decisions made on partial information. Nexly connects the systems you already pay for so data flows automatically and stays accurate.

Common integrations we build

Why integration comes before everything else

Automation and AI are only as good as the data they can see. When your CRM, calendar, and inbox are connected, an assistant can see the customer's history and a workflow can act on accurate information. Clean integrations are the foundation for the rest of what we build.

Our approach

We audit the tools you use today, map where information needs to move, and connect the pieces with the simplest reliable method. We document what we build in plain language and test it with real data before it goes live, so you are never left with a system only we understand.

Signs your systems need to be connected

If several of these sound familiar, an integration project will probably pay for itself in saved time and fewer dropped leads.

Integration methods we use, from simplest to most custom

Where a tool has a native connection, we use it. Where it does not, we use automation platforms, webhooks, or the tool's official API. For rare cases we build a small custom connector. We always choose the simplest approach that is reliable, because the more moving parts there are, the more there is to maintain.

Each integration includes monitoring so failures are flagged, and a short plain-language document describing what is connected and how to turn it off.

Examples for local businesses

Serving Atlanta and the metro area

Nexly LLC is an independently owned company based in Atlanta, Georgia. We work with small and mid-sized businesses across metro Atlanta, including Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Midtown, Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Decatur and the surrounding suburbs, and with remote clients anywhere in the United States.

Most of our work happens over video calls and inside your software, so you do not need to be near us. If you are in the Atlanta area and prefer to meet in person for a kickoff, we are glad to arrange it.

Frequently asked questions

Which tools can you integrate?

Most common CRMs, email and marketing platforms, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, help desks, and operations software, plus custom APIs when a direct connection is not available.

Do I have to replace my current software?

No. The point is to connect what you already use. We only recommend changes when a tool is blocking something important.

Is my data safe?

We use each platform's official connections and limit access to what the integration needs. We will explain exactly what is connected and why before we build.

What if a tool changes later?

We document each integration and can adjust it as your tools or processes change.

How long does an integration take?

A single connection between two tools can take days. A multi-system project can take several weeks. We give you an estimate after reviewing your tools.

Do you handle migrations from one CRM to another?

We can help plan and carry out a move when it is worthwhile, though we only recommend switching when the current tool is clearly holding you back.

Do you serve businesses near Atlanta?

Yes. We are located in Atlanta, Georgia, and work with companies across the metro area and the rest of the United States.
